Civil War Lapbook. A Nation Divided

Excellent Lapbook for children to introduce them to the Civil War. The website I downloaded it from has a good library of these free lap  books on different subjects. Super interesting and helpful. My son learns a lot doing this. I have used it though as Notebook pages just inserting them into our Homeschool Journal. Good luck and Check it out!!!!!
Day One...........
Our First class starts with the musicians of the war .....the buglers. It has been difficult memorizing some of the wording but we have done it. Like everything, it is a matter of repetition. We glued our way to most of the things we will be doing so the rest of the class was cutting and gluing... pretty fun....always trying to find the way of reinforcing vocabulary.

Day Two.........
Second Class of Civil War, We have gone over President Lincoln's bio and completing some Timeline as well as bio for Jefferson Davis. We have glued some other things we will be doing tomorrow.....
I am surprised how much there is to learn about this........
P.S ) Sorry for the pics this time.......promise they will not be crooked next time....in the meantime I will get back to cutting and gluing.
