Learning about Sequoia Trees and Redwoods.
This lap book will have your class write some of the most important facts about
these giants.
You may download this lap book
and you will be getting all the information on how to put it together
from our previous completed project.
While visiting California we were so inspired by Redwoods and Sequoias
we came back and got to work on a lap book.
Along the trails of waterfalls and giant trees, California has a lot to offer.
As we toured the most famous National Parks of this state we soon
fell in love with the unique Sequoias and of course Joshua Trees.

Expect to find the most gorgeous pinecones along the trails.
Also the marks of past forest fires that makes these forests so important.
I have added a lot of information on this lap book.
So your students will not have a lot to write.
However, you can still pair this unit with any other book on forest fires
or coniferous trees.
The instructions are given in the form of our finished product but
you may also watch our inside video (top) where you can
really see up close the inside.
You may also pair this lap book if you are lucky to take a trip
to any of the National Parks with these amazing giants.
